However, with the growing needs of human behavioral change and rapidly development of various social injustice and crime/crisis, demand of counseling service has increased a great extend. Now more than ever, advertising and promoting your counseling service through cyber space is an important part of your business. There are many more categories and variety of counseling service are development in different part and society of the globe.

merging with the internet ,ICT and rapid development of counselling requirements for treatment, training and information exchange today this service is growing in an incredible rate. People can share his or her mind, problem and agony easily through social media and using networking sites. Close coordination and exchange of views & experience can be easier now with the blessings of internet.

One advantage that our generation has is the accessibility of the internet and they can easily share their personal, academic, professional and emotional aspects or problem with the help of net . Because most of the business ,academic development and professional processes or functions now take place online, companies now have the option to distribute their products through online.

MEHERUB IS A FORMER MILITARY OFFICER WITH 28 YEARS OF FIELD PROFESSIONAL AND STAFF EXPERIENCE.
HE HAS PLAYED A KEY ROLE IN HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT,DECISION MAKING AND OPERATION AND EMPLOYING BODY OF HUMAN CAPITAL IN THE PRODUCTIVE OPERATION BOTH IN HOME AND ABROAD.HE ALSO WORK FOR EDUCARION AND TRAINING MANAGEMENT AND LAUNCHIED A FACULTY OF BUP IN BMA,CHITTAGONG.
DURING THE LAUNCH, HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME IN PEOPLE MANAGEMENT WHICH MADE
HIM INTERESTED TO WORK IN HUMAN RESOURCES CAPACITY BUILDING WITH ACADEMIC ENVIRONMENT.IT WAS A RARE OPPORTUNITIES . HE IS A QUICK LEARNER ANDSELF MOTIVATED INDIVIDUAL WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE.

During the UN assignment, he displayed the following key roles:

1. Senior UNMO/MILOBs and Team Leader (ONUCI in Ivory Coast.2015-2016).
a. Routine operation Role, patrolling and reporting.
b. Air Recce, helicopter recce, Air Operation, Air Evacuation and maneuver Ground recce of the Ops Area, IDP camp, DDR Site, KPIs, Mines, UN Camps, Military Bases, Major Routes and axis. Monitoring of Zone of Confidence security situation Arms Embargo Inspection and Govt Force bases and Militia Group camp or strong points. Evacuation plan, CEO inspection and Routine Reconciliation program. Quick Implementation Project (QIP), CIMIC/ Pacification prog project implementation and awareness building program of health and security issue.
2. Company Commander-Rifle Company -2 BANBAT-5 (ONUCI in Ivory Coast2005-2006). Routine Patrolling (Long -Short range, special and Joint), Air Recce and Ground recce of the Ops Area, IDP camp, DDR Site, KPIs, Mines, UN Camps, Military Bases, Major Routes and axis. Arms Embargo Inspection.
3. Delegation head to a training coop and exchange visit prog to India.
4. As BGB delegate member to the BSF HQ Delhi, India
