Prime Medical College is a leading private professional college of Bangladesh. It is located in the west wing of the main medical college, Rangpur, Prizabad and was started in 2008. The college is affiliated to the University of Rajshahi Medical College. It offers bachelor’s, master’s and Ph.D. courses for those interested. The school campus has expanded to 25,000 square feet and all the departments are housed in the campus premises. Currently, students of her 6th group are studying at the university. Its first batch contains 50 students but now its strength has been expanded to 125. The College designed hospital has a teaching capacity of 750 beds. The courses offered by the college are recognized by the Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council. The college has tied up with the PMCH Medical Institute and Hospital which has provided excellent medical facilities with experienced staff for the patients at a reasonable cost. 5% of the college seats are reserved for disadvantaged students, 5% are reserved for the governing body and 30 seats are reserved for foreign candidates.

Prime Medical College Eligibility Criteria:

The student must have passed their higher secondary Certificate Examination or equivalent exam from a recognized board or university with required subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.Students must have obtained at least 60% marks or equivalent grades in SSC examination and aggregate 3.5 GPA in biology (approximately 60%) and at least 3 GPA in HSC and SSC.
